BV Jenga Custom Process

Step 1 – Design Consultation and Material Selection

Our customisation journey begins with selecting the premium teak and brass components – chosen for their grain beauty, durability, and tactile appeal. We discuss your gifting objectives, brand values, and recipient profiles, exploring how to integrate your logo or message with the set's sculptural design. We review bulk order quantities, budget parameters, and delivery timelines. Our team provides a preliminary corporate gift quotation to support your internal planning.

Step 2 – Laser Engraving and Personalisation

We offer precision laser engraving on the teak surfaces, allowing you to add your corporate logo, a special祝福语, or a significant date. The brass components can also carry personalised刻字, creating a cohesive brand experience. Our design team provides digital mockups for your review, ensuring that the placement and style perfectly match your vision. Revisions are made until you are fully satisfied.

Step 3 – Quality Verification and Assembly

Our artisans produce a physical sample of the complete set – the engraved teak pieces, the brass components, and the custom information card. This sample available stage allows you to assess the engraving clarity, material finish, and overall presentation. We welcome refinements and will adjust until the sample meets your exact standards. We test the pieces' balance and the set's stability.

Step 4 – Premium Packaging and On-Time Delivery

Our packaging team presents each set in a custom-branded gift box, with protective inserts and a personalised information card detailing the materials and care instructions. We coordinate ast bulk delivery to your specified locations – whether a single headquarters or multiple regional offices across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and beyond. We provide real-time tracking and proactive communication. For urgent orders, we offer fast delivery options. Our reorder corporate gift with new logo service ensures you can easily refresh for future seasons or events.
