How a Singapore Tech Firm Used Custom Zinc Alloy Badges for 10-Year Anniversary Employee Gifts and VIP Appreciation
Our client, a prominent technology firm with a strong presence in Singapore and across Southeast Asia, was celebrating a significant milestone: their 10-year anniversary. They wanted a gift that would embody their brand's journey, honour their employees' contributions, and express gratitude to their most valued clients. They sought a product that was not just a gift, but a piece of their collective story.
Challenge: Finding a Gift That Embodies a Decade of Journey
The firm's team began their search for a 'best corporate gift supplier' and explored premium commemorative gift options. Their key requirements were a high-end, customisable product that could capture the essence of their brand's history, a supplier capable of handling a bulk order with a fast turnaround, and a gift that would resonate with both employees and clients in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. They specifically looked for 'corporate gift quotation' options and 'sample available' services.
Solution: Custom Zinc Alloy Puzzle Badge Gift Boxes with Brand Story Integration
We proposed our zinc alloy puzzle badge gift box, which perfectly matched their need for commemorative storytelling. Our team provided a detailed corporate gift quotation with competitive bulk discounts. After consultation, the firm approved a design featuring their logo, key product icons, and silhouettes of their office buildings, all integrated into a cohesive puzzle. They also opted for personalised commemorative cards for each recipient. We produced a sample within 10 working days for approval. After sign-off, we proceeded with a bulk order of 300 units (200 for employees, 100 for VIP clients), well above our minimum order 50pcs. Our local factory ensured efficient production, and we arranged ast bulk delivery to their Singapore office within the required timeframe. Each set was presented in a premium gift box with a personalised appreciation card.
Result: Strengthened Employee Loyalty and Client Relationships
The milestone badge gift boxes were a resounding success. Employees felt deeply valued by the recognition of their contributions, and clients appreciated the thoughtful, story-driven gift. The firm reported a noticeable boost in employee morale and strengthened relationships with key partners. Pleased with the outcome, they placed a reorder for the upcoming milestone event, with a new design featuring additional achievements and updated packaging.
