Singapore Company Orders 50pcs Custom Candle Holders
This success case shows how a Singapore company ordered 50pcs custom logo porcelain candle holders for its annual dinner and client appreciation programme. The buyer needed an elegant corporate door gift, clear corporate gift quotation and fast bulk delivery for staff and clients in Singapore, with follow-up interest for Malaysia and Brunei.
Client Background and Gifting Goal
The client was planning an annual dinner souvenir Singapore event for employees, partners and important clients. They wanted a meaningful business gift with company branding, not a common item. The target was a budget corporate gift that could support staff reward, corporate door gift and client appreciation.
MOQ and Sample Approval
Step 1: The client confirmed a bulk order of 50pcs, meeting the minimum order 50pcs requirement for the project.
Step 2: They provided a logo file, selected the shape and glaze colour, and chose a combined gift set with custom packaging.
Step 3: A sample was prepared. The team checked ceramic quality, carving craft, logo clarity, packaging and overall branding before mass production.
Production, Packaging and Delivery
The final order used custom logo printing and an exclusive gift box. The supplier managed production, strict quality inspection and fast bulk delivery to Singapore. The candle holder was easy to include in a gift hamper small or present as part of a premium corporate hamper for senior guests.
Client Feedback and Reorder Plan
The client appreciated the clear quotation, sample available process and responsive communication. Staff and clients found the porcelain candle holder elegant and unique. After the event, the company discussed a reorder corporate gift with new logo plan for a Christmas client gift and CNY corporate gift campaign. They also requested information on premium corporate hamper and luxury executive gift set options for clients in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.
