Each set included a black precious resin pen, platinum-coated details, a black leather pouch and two mystery black refills. The company requested Personalised engraving, custom photo card and unique packaging for corporate branding.
Quotation and Sample Approval
Step 1: The buyer sent a request quotation corporate gift with logo and delivery details.
Step 2: The local factory confirmed material, engraving area, wholesale price and bulk discount.
Step 3: A sample was produced with engraved logo and leather pouch.
Step 4: The client approved the sample and confirmed the bulk order.
Bulk Production and Quality Control
The supplier completed laser engraving corporate gift bulk order production, quality inspection and individual packing. Fast bulk delivery was arranged to Singapore and Malaysia. The pen set was used as a corporate door gift, client gift and staff gift, with gift hamper small packing for selected VIP guests.
Result and Reorder Plan
The company received positive feedback from staff and clients. For the next annual dinner, they plan to reorder corporate gift with new logo and add eco ESG packaging.
